Back by popular demand is Coyote Run, a surprisingly different Meritage blend – with Malbec and Petit Verdot complementing a base of Merlot. The Merlot and Malbec make it an “easy drinker” and the Petit Verdot gives the wine a nice, round mouthfeel. It greets you with a bouquet of plum and black cherry aromas and then tickles your palate with a hint tart fruit. Try it with mushroom and goat cheese eggplant rolls or go big with a peppercorn crusted filet mignon with balsamic red wine sauce. Either way, you’ve got a winner!
